Is this a free site?

Yes! The basic package gives you site access. For unlimited access which includes Matchmaker; Unlimited Messages; Personal Help; full profile access and more you should upgrade to the premium service which you will need to pay for.

How much do you charge for a Premium membership?

The Premium membership is:

I forgot my password, how can I get it back?

Click on "Login" on the navigation menu. Below the login button you will see "Forgot Login Details" click on this and follow the instructions. Alternatively you can go to the home page. On the left you will also see the "Forgot Login Details" option below the login button.

How can I change my password?

On the navigation menu hover over "Members" then hover over "Account Details" you will see the option "Change Password" click on this and follow the instructions.

Why do you need so much information?

Eveningtouch has an aim to maximise the chance of singles finding the right person. Research has shown the more information we have the more the success rate and people find it easier to interact when they know more about each other from the offset.

Why was something in my profile rejected?

If you input something offensive in your profile your account may be suspended.

How do I deactivate my free account?

How do I change my email address?

On the navigation menu hover over "Members" then hover over "Account Details" then click on "Edit Account Details" and follow the instructions.

How can I update my contact preferences?

How do I modify my gender if it is incorrect in my profile?

How do I make sure that the correct city is in my profile?

On the navigation menu hover over "Members" then hover over "Account Details" and then click on "Edit Account Details." Next to "Location" will be your current location. Update if necessary.

My password is not working or I forgot my password.

You will need to then change your password. Click on "Login" on the navigation menu. Below the login button you will see "Forgot Login Details" click on this and follow the instructions. Alternatively you can go to the home page. On the left you will also see the "Forgot Login Details" option below the login button.

How do I set my main photo?

On the main menu hover over "Members" then click on "Create/Edit Profile" followed by "Change Profile Picture" located on the main page. Click "Browse" select your picture then hit "Upload"

How can I send a message?

Once you are logged in go to the profile of whom you would like to send the message to. Click on "Send Message" located on the bottom of their profile page. Enter a subject name followed by your message as indicated then hit "Send" an email will be sent to the recipient informing them of your message. NOTE: Basic members can send a maximum number of messages. To send more messages you should upgrade to Evening Touch Professionals

How do I block a user from messaging me?

On the profile page of the user you would like to block. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Block" to unblock follow the same process but this time by clicking "UnBlock".
